  • Can I come just to play?

Yes, we have Open-Gym anytime we are open during our regular business hours.

We highly reccomend signing up before you arrive for all services, but for open-gym, you do not have to sign up before walking in. Please sign the WAIVER before arriving though.

For classes, camp, or other group events, you must book in advance through the Customer Portal.

  • Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. The main gym floor is 3 years old and up. We do have a small, "Little Ninja "area that is for 2 year olds and under.

All other services at CNA have certain age restrictions, with camp specifically being for ages 5 - 12.

We have classes offered for ages 1 - 12, and birthday parties are available for kids turning 5 and older (guests follow open-gym ages).

All participants NEED to be wearing clean tennis, running, or athletic shoes.  We are a SHOES ON facility.  No slip-ons, sandals, heels, or boots will be allowed.

Your child must be 13 years old or older to be dropped off for open-gym. If they are under 13 years old, there must be a parent/guardian present for the entire duration.
