Ninja Classes
Developmental Program
Carolina Ninja Academy's Ninja Class is the perfect one day a week after school physical activity for your child. While taking this class, they will get stronger & faster, gain more confidence, improve their balance/agility, and have more body movement control that will help them in any other sport they want to participate in. These classes are an excellent "off-season" option for your child.
All of our classes are professionally coached (by the SAME coach each week) and are a great mixture of movement modalities. If you have an energized and athletic kid, this program will teach them the fundamentals they need to participate in any sport throughout their life.
Ninja Classes are ongoing and Bill on a monthly cycle. You can join and drop at any time.

Important Class Information
Make-Up Classes
- If you miss a week, you may NOT take another class that week, we do not allow make-ups
- You are only able to come to the class you sign up for, no make-ups, transfers, or credits available
How to Sign Up for Level 2 or 3?
- Take a Ninja Class (Level 1)
- Talk to your Ninja Coach about your child's interest in leveling up and what skills are required to do so
- Your child must show to appropriate physical skill level throughout class, as well as listening comprehension skills
- If approved, you will have access to sign them up on the Customer Portal, or we can transfer them at the front desk
Pricing & Billing Information
- $110/month (1 class per week)
- Add on UNLIMITED OPEN-GYM for an additional $30/month
- $25 one-time registration fee
- Class is billed on the 1st of each month
- Amount is pro-rated for the first month you sign-up
Dropping/Cancelling Class
- If your plan to drop class, please let our front desk staff know
- We can set a drop-date for the future, but if you are billed on the first of the month, we DO NOT offer a refund if you choose to drop after that
- You can either finish out the month of classes, or choose to not come for the rest of the month
Drop-In Class Information
Ninja Basics (5-12)
- Monday: 4-5pm & Saturday: 10-11am
- Introductory Ninja Class for anyone that is brand new to the gym, and want to try out a class. This class is led by a coach, and is intended to hit all the main obstacles and skills that your child would see during Ninja Classes. Your child is more than welcome to take this class more than once, until they feel like they are ready for a weekly Ninja Class.
Girl Power (5-12)
- Wednesday: 6-7pm
- This Ninja Class is offered for girls only, and is focused on more beginner skills and intended as an introductory class into the gym. Typically led by Coach Jenna, this class is a great way for your daughter to learn the basic obstacles and movements of Ninja. Happening every Wednesday, come join in!
