Frequently Asked Party Questions

  • Are there any age restrictions for birthday parties?

    Yes. The main gym floor is 4 years old and up. Your child must be TURNING 5 years old to have a party at Ninja Nation. We are not able to host parties for kids turning 4.


    We have a Little Ninja area that 1-3 year olds are able to play in. ANY child that is 3 years old or younger must stay in that Little Ninja area for the duration of the party.

  • What food am I allowed to bring to the party?

    Feel free to bring a birthday cake, cupcakes or cookies and/or ice cream, candles, presents, and birthday child! If you wish, you may also bring themed decorations.  Plates, utensils, and napkins are provided by Carolina Ninja Academy.  


    All other items can be purchased through Carolina Ninja Academy. Pizza is included with your party. You can also bring in some outside food. Outside food can be simple platters of snacks, fruit, chips, sandwiches, finger food, etc.  We prefer you not bring in any type of large catering meals. 


    You CANNOT bring in outside pizza. 

  • What footwear is required at Carolina Ninja Academy??

    All birthday party participants NEED to be wearing clean tennis, running, or athletic shoes.  We are a SHOES ON facility.  No slip-ons, sandals, heels, or boots will be allowed.

  • What if less kids come than I was expecting?

    We will always charge you the remaining balance for the amount of kids that showed up for the party. 


    Example: If you book the Big (30 kid) party, but only 20 kids show up, we will charge you for the Standard party, and charge the "additional guest" fee. 

  • Do I get the party room right away?

    We have 3 party rooms at Ninja Nation, but depending on how busy the arena is, the party room may not be available until 30 minutes after the start of the party. We will be able to confirm that with you the week of the party. 


    If there aren't enough rooms for every party to be able to set up things in their party room right away, we will chose whichever party booked first.

  • Do we need to arrive early?

    Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time of your party.

  • Is gratuity included?

    Gratuity is not included but can be provided at your discretion either directly to your host or at checkout.

  • Can I bring my own decorations?

    Yes!  If you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations, plates, and napkins, you are more than welcome to do so! However, Carolina Ninja Academy will provide plates and napkins if you wish.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for each party or event. $100 Non-Refundable Deposit Required to Hold Date and Time of scheduled parties. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.  The deposit will stay in your account for one year from the date of purchase/booking and may be used for rescheduling the party within that time. You cannot use the $100 deposit for any other services, if you cancel the party.


    Weather: If the weather or acts of God cause the facility to close, your deposit can be re-scheduled or refunded. 

  • Do you have invitations?

    We do not have invitations right now, but are working on making them available.
