What's Included in Camp?


  • Easy drop off and pick-up
  • Extended care if needed ($15/day)
  • The ultimate day of fun with tons of activities, classes, skills sessions, open gym time, team-building, competitions, and awesome games
  • Lunch & snacks (Lunch generally varies throughout the week from Mama's Express Sandwiches, Chick Fil A, or Pizza)
  • Variety of games, activities, and skills sessions throughout the day to keep kids entertained
  • Plenty of breaks throughout the day, including crafts, board games, and 3 breaks for snacks/lunch
  • Professional coaching throughout the entire day from trained and CPR/First Aid Certified camp counselors

Time Information:

  • Drop Off: 8:30-9:00
  • Pick Up: 3:00-3:30
  • Extended pick up options available: 3:00 - 4:30 - $15/day


Single Day Summer Camp Cost (limited days available):

  • $90 per day

Week Long Summer Camp Cost:

  • $425 per week
  • $340 for 5/26-5/29


What to Bring?

  • Comfortable Gym Clothes
  • Sneakers (no crocs, flip flops, or cleats)
  • Water Bottle
  • Change of Clothes (for younger kids as a back-up)


Additional Information:

  • Groups are split out in age groups, only for skills sessions, and certain games. They will stay together for snacks and lunch.
  • Each day the counselors rotate the kids and groups through different skills stations, games, craft stations, open-gym time, snacks/lunch, and team building activities.
  • Lunch and snacks provided  (your child can also bring their own lunch)
  • Lunch generally varies throughout the week from Mama's Express Sandwiches, Chick Fil A, or Pizza. (subject to change)
  • Refund Policy:
  • If you cancel outside of 14 days prior to the first day of camp, we can offer a full refund. We DO NOT offer refunds if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the camp start date. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of camp start date, you can choose to reschedule or receive that credit back on your account.

  • Can I book single day camp instead of a full week?

    Yes. Carolina Ninja Academy offers single day camp options, giving families more flexibility during summer break, school breaks, and select camp days.

  • Can I add on extended care at any time?

    Yes, you can add on extended care at any time, please just be sure to call, email, or let us know in person. 

  • Is Carolina Ninja Academy safe for kids?

    Safety is a priority at Carolina Ninja Academy. The facility uses padded surfaces, trained coaches, structured activities, and age-appropriate obstacle progressions to help kids participate safely.

  • Are Carolina Ninja Academy camps good for beginners?

    Yes. Camps are designed for a variety of skill levels, including beginners. Coaches help kids safely learn obstacles, play games, and build confidence throughout the day.

  • What should my child bring to camp?

    Campers should bring a water bottle, lunch/snack if they want their own, and wear athletic clothing with sneakers.

  • Is camp indoors?

    Yes, camp activities take place inside our indoor ninja facility, making it a great option rain or shine. We have a small outdoor area with an overhang that kids play in during select stations. 

  • What is your refund policy for camp?
